My background is Sports Therapy, Injury and Pain management and rehabilitation. I have spent the last 7 years working in the Sports Medicine industry, working on a wide range of clients, from professional athletes to office workers, young and old.

I specialise in working with clients in pain, range of movement issues and lack of body awareness, or the so called proprioception. 

My passion is treating, but mainly educating people on how to prevent injuries and pain by becoming more aware of how the body should move. I believe that pain is merely a signal from the body, showing you that something is not functioning very well, but most of the time the pain spot is not the problem. 

My treatments are focused on working with the fascia of the human body, which is a connective tissue that wraps around everything. This connective tissue is the link between the different structures in the body. Most injuries occur due to a dysfunction in the fascia, which leads to tightness in muscles, wear and tear, compensation patters, etc…
