She has been Head of Training and Development and has delivered a number of “Train the Trainer” programmes to various corporate clients as well as successfully coaching people in both public and private sectors to develop their performance standards.
Her ethos is that people develop if you engage with them at the right level and help them see the practical benefits of the changes you impart.
Jennie Kitching was awarded her first training qualification in 1994. This was in recognition of her years of successful implementation of bespoke corporate training courses. In 1996 she became a Certified Louise Hay (‘You Can Heal Your Life’) teacher and also at the same time delivered personal development courses with the permission of Susan Jeffers (‘Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway’). Additional study, notably of the works published by John Cleese and Robin Skynner ‘Life and How to Survive It’ enabled Jennie to incorporate the more personal aspects of self-improvement into the traditional corporate training arena. To date, thousands of delegate evaluation forms attest to the effectiveness of her personal style that injects a positive vitality into anything she presents. Past successes include courses covering Neuro Linguistic Programming, Deception Analysis, MicroExpression Training, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Time Management, Stress in the Workplace and Pre-Retirement issues.
